關於H1B renew, 再問PJiang老師和其他知情朋友

填Form I-539 part4 c) Has a Form I-485 even been been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?

Question:

1) If an I-485 was filed as independent, should I say "Yes" or "No" to the above question?
2) If I say "yes", i will have to explain. Does that affect on the approval of H4 or H1 visa.

Please help, i guess there must be lots of ppl in the same situation. Thanks,
