I donot think it is a good idea to give up because, obviously, it is your hu*****and's fault. What you can do is try to conmmunicate with your hu*****and frankly and openly. If he doesn't feel any regret for what he did, then you should go to the court to get what belongs to you. Life doesn't trust weaker. If you lose this time, you will lose and lose again.
