WOM-Request to be exempt from normal ADR process

收到U.S. Attorney 關於我的WOM的一封信，他們joint requested to be exempt from normal ADR process. 我不懂，大家知道我要不要sign-off 這個request?

In accordance with the Court's scheduling order, we must file a certification regarding our understanding of the Alternative Dispute Resolution process. Typically, immigration cases are not suitable for ADR because there is no middle ground to be reached. In addition, the ADR process actually prolongs the district court litigation.
