Xiaobaitu, please tell me what happened

Dear Xiaobaitu:

Since my I485 was passed 6 month, I called USCIS two times today. first time, the girl told me "your card was orderred, but it was returned". The second time, the girl told me "Since they are still processing Jan.1, 2007, my file date is June 6, 2007, so we will wait for another 5 month to be processed "

My I140 was approved on Nov. 21, and my Last updated date for I485 is 11/29/07.

Please tell me why the same thing two answers.
