I-824 Questions for Master Pjiang

Dear Pjing,

my green card was approved 6 months ago and filed I-824 for my child in China 4months ago.

I-824 petition was approved by USCIS on Nov.1,2007. I called the NVC today and I was told they still do NOT have any record for my case and they never process I-824 case.I am so surprised! I also called the USCIS today and a lady said they did send the approval notice to NVC.

Pjing, could you give me any suggestions? thanks a lot.
