Urgent question about PERM filing

Hi all, got a question about perm filing. IT's filed online. However the company HR said they never got the email questionnaire from DOL (not sure if they missed it or so)...Anyways, it has passed 3 wks....

Anyone has idea that in this case, is there any contact on DOL that can be contacted to resend the email questionnaire to the company?
