是不是Name Check不clear,485不會被申理

I-485 filed on Nov 2006. No LUD since Jan 2007. Infopass 好幾次，都說還在Name Check.

這麽樣我的485是不是根本沒被打開？一直要等到Name Check清了後才會被申理? PD Current都變不current好幾次了！
