485 Pending Laid Off -- Use EAD or transfer H1B

Hi,

My I485 received date is 07/18/2007. I was just laid off on 01/04/2008. I wonder if I should use my approved EAD or transfer H1B when I find a new job. Thanks a lot for your help.
