My case was approved on September. My daughter's case was approved on November. She was requied to give a Code 2 biometrics; but the local CIS office did a Code 3 biometrics for her on December.
After biometrics, her online status changed from 'Approve Notice Sent' to 'This case has been transferred to another office'.
Checked through Congressman office, and was told that there is a backlog at her biomentrics and she will be rescheduled for another one.
Now she is 13 and will be 14 by April 2008. My question is this, if her card comes after April, will that card be a 10 year's one?
