why do you worry about H1?

but don't understand why you worry about H1 visa application in China.H1 visa applicant can be allowed to have immigration intention.What they check is only the authentification of your package material.

I am in business instead of technology area,so maybe "safer"than you,but anyway,I don't think it is risky to apply H1
