Porale expires before H1B expires. What should I do?

My H1B will expire on July 1st, 2008. I do not have an H1B visa or stamp in my passport. I used AP to enter the US on July 30th, 2007 so that I am paroled. However, the port-of-entry the officer only granted my Parole into the U.S. until January 20th, 2008, instead of the expiration date of my Parole document which is June 15th, 2008. Does that mean my parole status will expire on Jan 20th, 2008?

Am I still in good status after Jan 20th, 2008? If not, what should I do?
