Try an agent. But I've heard a lot of bad stories about 東航. Just two weeks, a friend of mine was left in the airport for 9 good hours without any apology or compensation. Try JAL or ANA, they are the best airlines flying this route. Yet they ask about the same price, or even cheaper sometimes.
