Your success is only one step away. Don't give up. I think that your case will be finalized in half a year. It will not be too long for you to wait after you have waited so long.

FYI: I have finished my fingerprint check and ME on October 7 of 2003. My fingerprint check will take half a year to finish in RCMP in Ottawa.
