請教小白兔和各位大俠Follow to join細節

看了幾個相關的討論。沒有我的情況。
愛人在遇到我之前已遞交485。我們結婚後愛人拿到綠卡。我在此之前從未遞交過485。 而且我們結婚後都一起一直在美國居住。這種情況是否符合Follow to join 的要求。

如果符合，應如何具體實施。
