1）OPT出境後、再用AP返回美國，將失去OPT身份，進入Parolee身份，不能再用OPT工作。
2）此時，你需要申請基於I-485的EAD工卡工作。
3）你用AP返回美國的那一刻起，你的OPT就失效了。
4）是的，最好在離開美國前，獲得H1-B的批準書，再離開美國，然後使用AP回來，這樣最理想。因為這樣，你返回美國後，將處於parolee和H1-B雙重身份。
5）使用AP返回美國後，H1-B可以transfer、可以renew，一點不受影響。

Please help:
I got my AP and plan to use it, but I have the following questions:
I am using OPT now, and my university is going to apply for H1b visa for me, which may take a long time. So if I go back to China and return to my university:
1: Can I still work for the same univerity?
2: or do I need apply for EAD or H1b again in order to work?
3: Can I still use my OPT until it expires?
4: Do I have to wait for the H1b to be approved before I go back to China?
5: Is there any problem for H1b visa transfter in future if I used the AP?
My case is EB2 NIW with 140 approved, I did not apply for EAD.
