question about name check--very tricky

I talked with an immigration officer at NSC this morning. My name check on I485 has been pending for 27 months. He said" Your name check must be clear because it is under review by an officer."
But now I am a little suspicious about that. I sued FBI and USCIS this September. Is it possible that the my file is reviewed by an officer so that they can fight back on the lawsuit? (I knew they need to file something called Cannon declaration and give some of my case details in that delaration, when they file motion to dismiss) Or is my name check clear for sure? Any insightful advice is welcome!
