為什麽我今天收到140, 131, update email?

我的140, 早就approve了. 在renew AP, 為什麽今天會收到 new update email notice? 131 update 也是舊的 AP case, 新的ＣＡＳＥ，倒沒有動靜．
誰知道這是為什麽？　謝謝．
