Sent in my e-filed i-140 supporting doc to the Texas Service Center. It arrived today, but for some reason, no one accepted the package! I can track it online at USPS website. The message online reads....
"We attempted to deliver your item at 1:40 PM on December 28, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. "
I'm worried that they will not go and retrieve my application from the Post Office. I called the Post Office 800#, they said if the package was not claimed in 15 days, it would be returned to me. Will TX Svc Cntr actually go and get this package at the Post Office? Or do I need to take some type of action. I don't know what to do! Any advice?
