Weird processing time

Yeatseday someone said Dec.processing time came out, but when i cheked it on 9:00pm last night, it was Nov 14. Some said it was retracted.
Today ~9:30 am checked it: processing time is Dec 14, NBC April 6 2007
~10:30 am checked it: processing time is Nov 14, NBC Sept 26,2006.
1:30 mp checked it: processing time is Dec 14, NBC April 6 2007

which one is correct? what is worng with processing time?
