很著急，有去紐約中國使館換過新護照的大俠嗎？

換好的新護照是不是必須自己再次去使館親自領取，還是可以用付好郵資的信封，他們會給寄回來？大家都是怎麽辦的啊？
真的去一趟NY很不方便，更何況是兩趟了。
