Thanks for your help. However, that mistaking was made by consulate because there is space between two words which should be combined as my wife's first name on her immgrant visa, then result in a mistaking happened on green card. I guess USCIS just follow visa information to issue my wife's green card. So do you think whether we need contact consulate and ask them to notify USCIS to make a new green card for my wife. Thank you.
