NIW結婚請教

請問大俠，如果小弟 以NIW申請綠卡，在遞交哪一個文件之前，和國內女友結婚，最後就可以一起拿到綠卡？是140 還是485？如果是Perm是否一樣？請大家不吝賜教。拜謝。
