我這樣的J1需要豁免嗎?

我是在美國從F1轉成J1的. 在我的DS2019表上, 移民局在not subject to two-year residence requirement的框框上打了勾.請問這種情況是不是就不需要豁免了.有沒有人不豁免辦成485的?
