Just a few days forward from Jan. 28, 2003 on the website of USCIS. But remember it is only 4 days forward (Feb. 01 and Feb 02 are weekends). And NIW cases stopped at Jan 28, 2003 for almost two months. It may go ahead at a very slow speed.
