Sorry, I do not understand your answer.

I was asked to do NEW fingerprint 12/10/2007. I contacted them for delay 3 months. They still asked me
TO DO IT 12/28/2007.

Do you think I need to refuse to do NIW fingerprint?
If so, my NIW application will be cancelled.

My choice is to go on 12/28/2007 or refused to go.
