所謂職業移民就不會查婚姻關係真實性的說法並非事實，當然職業移民配偶

有很多是在來美國之前就結婚了，孩子都有了，這種情況通常是不會再查。對於遞交I-140後才結婚的，查婚姻真實性很正常
