Urgent! I485 transfered from VSC to TSC, no info found in TSC sy

Urgent questions. Thank you so so so much.

I called the TSC this afternoon through POJ method and asked an IO about my I-485 case status. He asked for my receipt number and told me exactly the same information that my case was transfered from VSC to TSC and that is it. He said that he cannot find my information in their system. It has been 2 months. Is this normal? Do anybody have the same experience? What could be happening?

My situation:
PD: 12/19/2005
I-485 file:July 2nd
Receipt notice: Sept.12th
Transfer notice: Sep.20th
EAD approval notice: Sept.20th
FP taken: Oct. 18th
Last LUD: Oct. 19th
