pjiang and xiao bai tu please help with NIW I-140 RFE

Just received RFE for NIW I-140. Does anybody know how to respond to it? please show me the sample.

First, it must be shown that the petitioner seeks employment in an area of substancial intrinsic merit. Next, it must be shown that the proposed benefit will be national in scope. The final threshold is that it must be persuasively demonstrated that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required for the petitioner.
