ask PJIANG,Xiaobaitu about marriage GC移民體檢

I have an immigration physical exam at end of June this year, and submitted the sealed I-693 to USCIS with my employment based I-485(NIW EB2)in July.

Now I am going to get married recently(my BF is a us citizen) and plan to submit a marriage based GC application.My question is:

1.Do I need to have another immigration physical exam and sealed I-693 form submitted to USCIS together with my marriage based I-485 application?

2.Today I went to the same clinic and want to have another immigration physical exam and the lady in the clinic was confused about this.She said ,you already have one before, why you need another one?I explained this one is for marriage based GC application,and she said you have to check your lawyer( I don't have a lawyer) and see if you really need one exam again?Or just need the previous copy and we seal it for you?Does the previous copy work if it was sealed in the envelop by the clinic?

3.The lady also said,If you need physical exam, we can do it for you,but you have to go through the whole process,including blood drawn, TB test and X-ray.I remember if the X-ray is less than 6 months, I do not need to have another one.My precious exam is at end of June, less than 6 months from today.I don't know if her words are correct?
