Help: documents required to travel (by air) within the US

老公和我現在 485 pending, 已經收到485 receipts 和 EAD, 一月份fingerprint. 老公是H1,我是TN. 我們下星期坐飛機去加州, 請問需要帶什麽證件？駕照夠了嗎，還是現在已經必須要護照？如果要護照，需要帶485 receipts嗎？
