NIW, 4/2005 I140 filed VSC, 7/2005 I485 filed.
3/2007 transfer to TSC, and 5/2007 2nd FP.
6/2007 know NC pending, wrote to FL 8/2007, no reply.
9,10/2007 went to congressman's office, told need to wait.
Early 11/2007 write to both senates, they contacted CIS, told NC still pending but can't expedite.
From the Dec VB, EB2 goes back to 2003. Prepare to wait for another year.
Surprisingly, on 11/20, case status changed to "approval notice mailed", 11/21, "card ordered".
