"next work order" what is this means? XBT, PJ anybody?

Dear Folks and Experts XBT, PJ: does any body knows what the "next work order" menas?
I got a letter from USCIS said
"The FBI name check has been completed. TSC has placed your application on their next work order and will adjudicate it as expenditiously as possible." along with the confirmation of the PD.
i never seen this letter on any forum before. does anybody has any clue? is this a serious letter or just a routine one like the "60 days", "6 months", "under review" whcih apparently means nothing.
also no LUD after the letter. my PD is 1/27/2003 EB2. but the current PD is 1/1/2003, is there anything going to happend?
thanks all, have a good weekend.
