I got J waiver approval notice but my name on

that notice is incorrect.

do u think i should contact DOS and ask them contact USCIS becuase it is DOS who misspelled my name and gave the wrong name to USCIS?

or
I just directly contact USCIS with supporting document and request USCIS issue me revised approval notice?

which way is more efficient?
