It all depends on HR and the lawyer and your self. Of course, we would not want to cause any delay. But HR, lawyer...
In my case, it took 7 months from my company agreed to sponsor to file PERM. Before posting ad, 4 months. From posting ads to file, 3 months.
The lawyer responded very timely. But the HR was as slow as a pig.
I filed 11/08/2007. Still in process. I heard it took 2 to 4 months, average speaking, to approve.
