I will use EAD to work two weeks, my hu*****and is H-1 now and he is doing extension for his h-1 because his H-1 will expired soon, and my son is H-4 under my H-1. I want transfer my son to under my hu*****and's H-1. Can we do it by ourselves? What kinds of documents needed? Thanks!
