但是據我們的CFO說，我們的assets遠遠超過了差額，也寫了封信附上解釋，但是還是被拒了。

So it may be doable to refile I-140. Find a competent lawyer to do it, indicate original LC filed with previous I-140 so they don't reject due to no original LC.
