XBT和其他XDJM請幫忙, H1b問題

我的朋友在A公司工作, H1b於2008底結束, 現在B公司邀請他加入, 答應為他從04/2008起辦H1b, 請問
1, 在A公司的H1b未結束前, B公司可以為他申請另一個H1b嗎?
2, 若B公司的H1b從04/2008生效, 那末04/2008以後他是不是就不能再在A公司工作了?
