Read instructions and file a I-130. To file I-130, you will need:
* Your birth certificate, to prove your relationship with your father
* I-864, Affidavit of Support

After 6~9 months when the visa is allocated, you will receive a letter with instructions to file the 2nd part of the process. For the 2nd part, you choose to file in US or abroad (so called "CP"). You will then need:
* Your father's birth certificate
* Your father's police record
* Your father's marriage status certificate
* Your father's medical exam
* etc.

The whole process would take ~18 months.
