The USCIS may have mistakenly archived your case without ordering a plastic card. You can make an infopass appointment and ask IO to check your case in their system, which is different from the USCIS online status system. If that is the case, they may e-mail your Service Center to retrieve your file back and order one card for you. Later you may also be requested by mail to appear at USCIS local office to fill in I-89 form, sign your name and have your one fingerprint taken.
I am in the same situation as yours. My I-485 has been approved for half a year, and no card yet. So I did the above. Hopefully, I will receive my plastic card by the end of this month as IO promised.
