因為Alternative Chargeability 隻限製主申請人引用“Follow-to-Join”的配偶的出生國的配額。樓主的太太如果現在遞 I-485或已有綠卡 ，就不是“Follow-to-Join”。
樓主要在 Cover Letter 上注明“Alternative Chargeability to Taiwan”。
