夫妻一般綠卡都會同時綠嗎？

LD是主申請人，禮拜一已經LUD"card ordered"，之前好像也沒有soft LUD.我的case 昨天和今天都soft LUD一次，不知道是怎麽回事啊。是NC沒過，還是有別的什麽問題呢。
