These are for the mid-Oct NOTICE date. So they could be August, Sept or October RD. The receipt issuance was delay for the August 485 filer. Some Oct filers got receipt earlier than Aug filers. One used to be able to tell (while 765 was still pending) from the message whether it was from Aug filer or Sep/Oct filer because message will show request to waive filing fee for the later filers (using $1010). But now, as most 765 got approved, you cannot tell anymore.
