please help on my Parents' B2 extension!!!

My parents came to US this May and their I-94 expired at the end of last month. we submitted their b2 extension this Sept, but did not get any response except the application receipt. What should we do now? let them back China? call USCIS? or just wait the final decision from USCIS?
