請教租車短登加拿大的問題

請教有經驗人士：我打算在美國租車短登及拿大，但需要租one-way 還是在美國還車？如果不是one-way，怎樣說才能讓入境官員相信我這次登陸是準備在加拿大長期居住的？謝謝！
