1) Check your receipt for "Notice Type" section
2) Check "Received Date"

If you see "Transfer Notice" type, the received date is the date to issue you receipt, not actually reflecting the delivery date.

If you see "Receipt Notice" type and the Received Date is far later than actual delivery date, you may write to USCIS with necessary proof to request a correction.
