something confused, Pjiang laoshi or anyone know it?

I got 3 emails from CIS until now, 'card ordered', 'welcome notice sent' , approved notice sent' but no 'card sent' email

if I didn't receive 'card sent' email, that means card not sent out yet??

Does anyone know how many emails we r supposed to get? thanks a lot!!
