女兒持H－４。她的I－４８５還在準備中，我的綠卡批了。

問題：１，她的H－４自動做廢了嗎？２，繼續申請I－４８５，還是轉I-８２４？

- Technically she becomes out of status once you lost H-1

I would sub-mit her I-485 immediately (she is in the states as I assume), before receiving your GC.
