ADIT is the I-89 to get I-551 stamp at local office, not applicable to you.

Yours is fast, but not out of the question. There are China-born EB1 filers getting GC with May or June 2007 I140/485 filing dates, although not many. I have yet to see one (China-born) that filed EB1 140+485 after July who has got approval.
