急問小白兔和大家， N400又打指模後， 我應該留在這裏等嗎？

三年多前我申請入籍的麵試後被告知要check background. 等了三年多， 上周收到信(I-797C , Notice of Action) said "Your fingerprint card on file with the
USCIS has expired. In order for the USCIS to continue processing your application, it will be necessary to have your fingerprints re-taken". I have been scheduled to re-fingerprint this week. This letter came after I had been waiting for more than three years after interview, does it mean the background check of mine has been completed? I bought flight ticket months ago for going to China at the end of this month, and I will be back in middle of Feb, 2008. Should I cancel my trip? (How long will it take to process after this time re-take my fingerprint? What possibilities do you think?) I concern if there is anything needs me be in here while I am away (I will be away for 7 weeks).
