請問以outstanding申請率卡不僅僅是要有文章發表嗎？

建議。我看了outstanding的資格，必須具備它提出的6個條件之中的兩個。所以似乎除了發表文章這一項以外，還得滿足其他任意一項。
請問有過經驗的人士，你們一般都是哪兩項呢？比如說有一項是需要有人review你的咚咚（文章或者presentation)，其實一般哪裏知道呢？人家即使review了你也不一定知道啊？
